White Chocolate Covered Marshmallows
- jumbo marshmallows
- pink white chocolate candy melts
- lollypop sticks
- ribbon for a pretty touch
Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Microwave your candy melts until completely melted and smooth (start with 30 seconds, stir, and then another 30 seconds and so on until melted).
Dip the lower half of each jumbo marshmallows in the melted chocolate and immediately dip into a bowl of sprinkles (you can also sprinkle the sprinkles onto each marshmallow with your fingers).
Place each marshmallow onto your wax paper lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for approximately 10 minutes.
Remove from the refrigerator and then drizzle each marshmallow with more of the melted chocolate and add more sprinkles. Refrigerate again for another 5 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
Finish by putting a lollypop stick into each marshmallow and adorn with a ribbon to dress up this treat.
Serve and enjoy!
