Planning a Sunday Spring Soiree with At Home for my girlfriends was so much fun! Many of you know how much I love shopping at At Home stores and how often I go to my local store looking for a variety of items for our home. I can always find what I am looking for and often times, so much more!
When planning a Sunday Spring Soiree, all I knew is that I wanted it to be feminine, beautiful, and feel like spring! I also knew that I would be serving a spring salad and a charcuterie board but beyond that, I didn’t have a specific tablescape idea in mind. Going into At Home not knowing what I would find to put together the perfect soiree was exciting…it was like a treasure hunt as I searched for the right items to help me create a beautiful table for my girlfriends.
This first piece I came across was this gorgeous multicolored woven runner with tassels on each end. The style of the runner and the subtle springy colors drew me in! After picking out the runner, I moved to the glasswares area and found these GORGEOUS glasses with gold foil. I decided to pick up both wine glasses and water glasses. The glasses are different sizes, both with gold foil, yet each having a different design. Mixing patterns, colors, and textures is a great way to add visual interest to any entertaining space.
As I shopped around At Home, I also came across this beautiful handpainted tray! The colors were a perfect compliment to the pieces that I had already picked out and the tray would come in handy when serving fruit tea. I also picked out bowls and plates with a similar color scheme but all with different patterns. Mixing and matching pieces to create a cohesive look is one of my favorite parts of creating a tablescape!
The blue votive holders are by far my favorite part of this tablescape! They are modern and so unique and the bold blue color ties it all together. I used the larger votive holder as the centerpiece and instead of putting a votive in it, I put flowers in it! I love the way this Sunday Spring Soiree tablescape came together and my girlfriends were so pleased as well!
We had the best time catching up and enjoying some wine and light bites. At Home had everything that I needed and more to help me create this beautiful tablescape! I’m already excited to host some get-togethers this summer and you know I’ll be heading to At Home for all of my entertaining needs!
As always, thanks so much for stopping by. See you back here real soon!
