It’s almost time for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale…eeeekkkk! This is one of THE BEST sales of the year and it is a great time to stock up on brand new Fall items at 40-60% off!
WHY SHOP THE NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE?
This is a very unique sale in that many brand new Fall pieces are marked down significantly…I’m talking 40-60% off for a limited time! Once the sale is over, those pieces go back up to regular price! It’s hard to believe that we are already thinking about Fall but you will see a shift in all major stores very soon (if you haven’t already) and they will be moving Summer out and bringing Fall in. Nordstrom allows you to get your hands on top trending Fall pieces at a sale price…it’s truly unlike any other store. Now is the time to stock up on sweaters, boots, coats, tops, handbags, watches, accessories, etc. Stay tuned here on KBStyled for my first impression picks that will be up on the blog on Thursday 7/13!
WHEN DOES THE SALE START?
For Nordstrom card holders, the sale kicks off on Thursday 7/13/17. As a perk for being a card holder, you will receive early access to the sale and be able to shop all sale items before anyone else (for a full two weeks)! The sale will open to the public on 7/2/17 and the sale will end on 8/8/17.
If you aren’t a Nordstrom card holder, I encourage you to consider signing up for a card now. You don’t have to wait to receive your card in the mail, you can obtain your card information prior to the sale and still shop the sale while you are waiting for your card to arrive. It is a very simple process and beyond having early access to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, there are many other perks that come along with being a cardholder such as Nordstrom Notes (basically free money that you earn to shop with(!
If you aren’t a card holder and don’t plan to become one, that is okay too! You can start shopping the sale on 7/21.
Something to consider…many items sell out rather quickly so cardholders will definitely get first dibs on everything! Just keep that in mind when deciding whether or not you wish to become a card holder. You can sign up to be a Nordstrom card holder HERE.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND…
You don’t have to plan to buy a ton (we all don’t have limitless shopping budgets and that is totally okay)..go into the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale with must have items and wish list items. Get your must haves first! Many items sale out fast so don’t sit on it because you will find that when you go back to purchase those items in your cart, they will be sold out! I encourage you to shop the sale early…again if you are a card holder…I suggest shopping on Thursday 7/13! Don’t delay!
Because Nordstrom offers free shipping and free returns, there is no reason to fight the crowds in the stores…order what you can online and skip the lines.
